Signature Carpet Cleaning Service Includes:

    • À La Carte Services
    Specialized treatments requiring technical expertise/surface alteration are priced separately on a per-bid basis.  À la carte services include red stains, pet treatments, paint, rust, bleach spots, etc.

    Signature Service Cleaning Prices

    ROOMS

    • $35 per room up to 200 square feet (approximate size of a two-car garage)
    • $50 per slightly oversized room
    • $0.40 per square foot for rooms larger than 500 square feet

    Premium protectant with 6 month stain guarantee: $40 or $50 for oversized area

     HALLWAYS

    • $15 per small hallway (0-30 square feet); add Premium protectant for $10
    • $20 per medium hallway (30-60 square feet); add Premium protectant for $15
    • $30 per large hallway (60 square feet or more); add Premium protectant for $20

    LANDINGS AND STAIRS

    • $10 per landing
    • $4 per stair
      add Premium protectant to flight for  $40
